Cupping

Cupping head massage and dry cupping

Cupping is one of the draining procedures in naturopathy. In the cupping head massage, a cupping head provided with a vacuum is moved back and forth on the oiled skin. In dry cupping, on the other hand, the cupping glass is placed on a certain area of skin.

Effect

Due to the suction effect of the cupping glass, connective tissue layers are dissolved. This treatment can also reach deeper tissue layers. Cupping improves blood circulation and stimulates the metabolism. This promotes the removal of waste products from the tissue.
